9 months on and I’m definitely fitter and more toned! Tom is knowledgeable, patient and always encouraging - pushing me enough to meet or exceed my goals without injury. Working with him once a week also gives me the motivation to go to the gym far more often. No more being restricted to one or two cardio vascular machines – I now use far more of the equipment with the confidence that I am using it correctly. The personalised training routines focus my work – no more getting bored. I’ve dropped a dress size, and am back to wearing shirt sleeved tops! My movement was very restricted following an accident, but through Tom’s carefully selected exercise routines and support, I now find that my flexibility, mobility and stamina far exceeds anything I expected, and is greater than the doctors predicted. Best investment I’ve made in long time – so glad we’re working together!

When i first contacted Tom i was quite frustrated, i had previously lost quite a bit of weight then despite my best efforts it all came to a halt. Right from my consultation Tom knew exactly what to do to get me back on track. As soon as i downloaded the app Tom had set up my full workout routine complete with how to video clips, a breakdown of my macronutrients and even a meal plan to give me ideas. That was extremely helpful. I also had a slight back injury due to poor form on deadlifts, and Tom was very knowledgeable about how to keep me training and progressing without aggravating my injury. And before he programmed deadlifts in to my plan again he spent the time and effort to get my form spot on. I honestly can't praise this guy enough, for me its changed my game completely. I am now fitter, leaner and stronger than i ever have been and I actually look forward to going to the gym to see how far i can progress.

Tom has truly had a transformational impact on my fitness journey. Before PT, I had an overdependance on cardio, was in far too great of a calorie deficit and had no understanding of the benefits that weight training could bring.
